Module 1: Trust Your Body As God Designed 
Trust your body's design for pregnancy and birth. We will learn about the stages of labor and how birth hormones were designed to perfectly support your body through labor.

Module 2: Create Space 
Create a space both mentally and physically that supports the birth you want & that prepare your body in a way that helps baby settle into an optimal position. 

Module 3: Build & Receive Strength
Explore each stage of labor and tools to communicate effectively and stay present, focused, and progressing.  We will cover comfort measures to avoid interventions here. 

Module 4: Feel Empowered
Advocate for yourself and avoid unnecessary interventions through education & learning how to navigate making decisions during, before, and after birth.

Module 5: Surrender
Understand common variations of labor & how to adapt to changes. We will tie it all together to create your birth preference plan. Get all your logistical questions answered here too! ;) 


Module 6: Grace & Acceptance
Care for yourself and your baby by both mentally and physically preparing for your transition into motherhood. We will cover the basics of newborn care and postpartum support.
